Jen Faria – The Data Lady

Hello, please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Jennifer Faria and I am The Data Lady.

So many people ask me, why choose the name The Data Lady?  For me, the answer is two-fold:

Data – Quite simply, data is nothing more than information.  My work ranges from creating systems for sorting through junk mail, all the way to presenting workshops on how to keep your employees motivated.  The one common denominator is information… whether sending or receiving; I can help you make the most of the information (data) that you possess.

Lady – Obvious you say? Perhaps not…  I have worked in both non-profits as well as large corporate settings.  My experiences taught me to be proud of my accomplishments, particularly as a successful female.   On the technology side, I have found that there are not many men who have the skill or patience to work one-on-one with clients who are starting with the basics of computer usage.  We’re just different in our approaches and that’s okay…
